Doesn’t even deserve one star. Staff asked us to pay while we were still enjoying our tea, despite our order already being processed through the QR code. If payment is required upfront, that should be clear before asking customers to order via QR. I had to get up and pay at the counter in the middle of tea with my husband. It completely ruined what should have been a relaxing experience. If advance payment is required, please state that policy clearly in English. Without that, international customers have no way to...

Fancy European-style coffee bar with small plates of food. You can get quite delicious salads with seafood too. Friendly service. Only that you get table service and then need to pick up your own tableware does not quite match. Used to be a branch of a bank and you can still see some of the...

There’s a lot of seating available including a second floor but no table service so keep in mind you’ll have to take your tableware to the return station before you leave. Pretty cool to see a historic building from 1921 converted into a space we can enjoy in 2020. 💰☕️🍵
