Located in a prime area surrounded by excellent dining options, this new hotel offers attentive service and strong water pressure in their modern bathrooms.

However, guests should note some drawbacks. While sound insulation is adequate, the beds are only average in comfort, and the hotel lacks heating. The facilities are limited to a children's playground, with no additional amenities. Room views are unremarkable.

Despite these limitations, Tenz Go Hotel is a solid choice for travelers who prioritize good food and convenient location, especially families with young children. I made the booking through Agoda, I was offered air conditioning and toiletries in the hotel (among many other things ) as part of the package. However, I did not receive any of these. They didn't provide toothpaste, toothbrush or even hand soap! They said I need to purchase that from them. It was winter and the AC for warm temperature was not working. When I asked about extra blankets they said they would charge me for blankets. Can you believe that?

I contacted Agoda customer service, and they assured me they would help resolve the issue with the toiletries, but they did not follow through. These amenities were clearly listed on the Agoda webpage.

The hotel staff initially refused to provide basic toiletries like soap, a toothbrush, and toothpaste, insisting for hours that they couldn’t provide them. Incredibly, they woke me up at 1:30 am to say they could finally offer some. This is unacceptable.

Fantastic hotel within walking distance from major attractions, dining, shopping, and other nearby amenities. Bright, spacious, and clean lobby from the moment you enter leading to the front counter and comfortable rest/lounge area with a delightful assortment of Taiwanese snacks and teas. The concierge is very friendly and goes out of their way to ensure a great stay. The hotel, being recently renovated, boasts decor and esthetics that looks and feels brand new. Additionally, the children's play room and family room on the 3rd floor is a bonus and well-received by our kids during our extended stay. Finally, the room we stayed in was very comfortable, giving us the peace and quiet for much-needed rest during our vacation travels.
