Amazing building and food was not bad, but their staff were very rude and they gave horrific service which was really disappointing. I made reservation through Facebook 4 days in advance for normal weekday lunch at 2:00pm, hoping to avoid crowds. I received their confirmation right away but when we were eventually there on that day at 1:56pm, the staff on duty apparently had no record of our reservation and responded with nasty attitude. While I understood being seriously understaffed might be the root cause of poor attitude behind, it was kind of upsetting for us to be treated rudely because we didn’t do anything wrong except choosing to be their customers… we came from a long way and did research before visiting and had actually been looking forward as it had a story of heritage… their attitude in taking orders and delivering food to the table were rude too. I guess the management team had issues to address, if they actually cared about the quality of service at all. The whole scene is kind of steam punk with brass pipes and gauges, cogs and levers everywhere. There is a door that resembles a vault that has a strange machine inside. Something out of a steampunk comic.
