Safari Nuggets — Local services in Arusha

I had an amazing 10 day adventure on the Northern Tanzania Safari Circuit covering Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and Lake Natron, all organised with Lolarip from Safari Nuggets. Great communication, and the camps we chose all lived up to our expectations. Everything was pre-paid and the only thing we had to cover at the lodges were the incidentals.

Highlights for me was visiting the Ngorongoro Crater, and spending the evenings in the camps on the rim, the enchanting Rhotia Valley Tented Lodge and all the effervescent staff we met along the way that helped make our stays so memorable.

Our guide for the trip, Salehe was incredible, driving us 2000km over some very challenging terrains. Not only did he make every effort to ensure we saw all the big game, his knowledge of birds was first rate and we got to see and photograph many interesting species.

Kilimanjaro day hike trip, coffee tour and Materuni Waterfalls thereafter to Chemka Hotspring and I have to say it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The scenery was absolutely stunning and the guides were very knowledgeable about the area and the local culture. The hike offered a great physical challenge and we were rewarded with breathtaking views of the mountain. The Coffee Tour was also very interesting and we were able to learn a lot about the process of making coffee. The Materuni Waterfalls were a beautiful sight and a great way to cool off. Finally, the Chemka Hotspring was the perfect way to end our day. The natural hot springs were a great way to relax. Safari Nuggets simply exceeded my expectations. What an amazing experience with Lolarip and the guide!! We land in Kilimanjaro and they pick up us at the airport and took us to Forrest Hill, in Arusha; its a nice hotel, with an infinity pool with view, to relax before starting the safari.

The next day, we woke up very early and the adventure started; we saw everything we want to see and we stayed a night in Sound of Silence, in Serengeti, a lovely experience!! In the meantime, we had lunch in seregenti (outside the car) after checking there were no animals around us.

The third day also started very early and we saw a lot of action.
