Grand Florida Beachfront Condo Resort Pattaya — Local services in Chon Buri Province

Below was written all by my ten-year old son after he read others’ reviews. He really loves this place and never know he could write so well.I am so proud of him!

This is a place for people of all ages to stay in Pattaya. Why I say so? Here’s the reasons below:

They got an entertainment system, PlayStations, Pool table, Kids room. They also got a office room and strong WI-FI.

They got a giant and clean pool, which gets cleaned everyday. Also a WAVE pool at the brown building. Too stressed? Too stressed? Hope that the Hot Spa will solve your problems! There is water slides for kids to play and the design is like a rainforest.

Staff are nice and friendly and has a restaurant with cheap prices. Also food is great!

When moving in they will provide everyone with high-quality furniture.

The beach is clean, has seats and you can literally have fun on the beach.

If you are a photographer you can take magnificent photos on the buildings, beach and the bridge connecting the beach...

We stayed in a 3BHK apartment for 8 people, and the experience was quite enjoyable. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a washing machine, microwave, and cooking utensils. Two bedrooms had king-sized beds, one had a queen-sized bed, and there was a single bed in the hall. One person had to use a bedroll for sleeping arrangements.

We also had access to excellent amenities such as a large swimming pool, gym, hot swimming pool, and a restaurant, which added to the comfort of our stay.

A few things to note: Towels are only changed every four days, and room cleaning or bedsheet changes come at an additional cost of 1600 THB per day.

The location is a bit of a drawback, as most Pattaya attractions are 30-40 minutes away, making transportation somewhat challenging.

Overall, it’s a great option for a comfortable and relaxing stay if you’re okay with the extra cleaning fees and don’t mind the distance from main...

It does look good at the beginning that it has several pools and man-made beach, and brand new game room and jacuzzi.But there are also lots of problems: 1. The buildings are new (2021. Nov) and you get too smell strong formaldehyde that is bad for health. 2. The quality of the building is not good, that the paintings and ceilings are peeling off and metals are rusting. 3. The idea of having pool accessing room do seem appealing at the beginning, but when you see the refurbishing rooms with dirty balcony that can contaminate the pool water at any time, I would reconsider to swim in the pool. 4. It has a beach to the condo, but very badly managed, everything looked so rundown and dirty on the beach. There are slides in the swimming pool, but when you turn on the water to make the slide work, only yellow rusted water coming out and into the pool.....
