My stay at Howard Johnson from 21 to 22 December 2024.
My name is Naowarat Kumamornpong and I would like to share my positive feedback about the hotel.
I now feel like Howard Johnson and Bayphere have become my second home on weekends! One of the main reasons I keep coming back to Howard Johnson is because of the amazing and professional staff.
They always make me feel so warmly welcomed!
In particular, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Khun Nee.
She is always incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. I was delighted to see her on duty during my recent stay.
The entire team at Howard Johnson and Bayphere demonstrates outstanding service and a genuine service-minded attitude.
On the day of my checkout, I encountered an unexpected issue with the driver-side window of my car, which I needed to drive back to Bangkok. Khun Nee went above and beyond to assist me by quickly finding the nearest garage. She found an excellent one!! And thanks to her help, I was able to drive back to Bangkok safely!
What touched me even more was that she called to check on me later that evening around 6 pm, despite having finished her shift at 5 pm.
I also want to acknowledge all the other staff who contributed to my wonderful stay. This includes the friendly staff at the minimart, the attentive security guards, and the amazing team at Bayphere Hotel, especially Khun Bas, including the Karbana Beach Bar, especially Khun Bung, whose exceptional service truly stood out.
Their collective effort and dedication made my stay truly memorable. I deeply appreciate Khun Nee’s extraordinary help and the professionalism of the entire team. I’ve already recommended these two hotels to my friends, and I’m looking forward to returning again very soon!

However, I must address an issue regarding my recent stay.On January 29, 2025, I booked six rooms, each for two guests, with breakfast included. Upon check-in, your front desk staff confirmed that all six rooms came with breakfast. However, the next morning, after we had already eaten, we were informed that only one room had breakfast included, while the other five did not. As a result, I had to pay an additional 2,800 baht to settle the matter at the time.To clarify the situation, I contacted Trip.com, the agency through which I made the booking, and they confirmed that all six rooms should have included breakfast for two guests each. I then reached out to the front desk again, and after checking their system, they initially confirmed that all rooms did indeed include breakfast. However, shortly after, I received another call stating that breakfast was not included.This inconsistency is unacceptable, especially after I was unfairly charged. While I don’t want to assume the worst, it certainly feels like a case of mismanagement or negligence. After presenting all the necessary proof and spending hours on this issue, I was eventually refunded the 2,800 baht, but by then, the experience had already disrupted my trip.I expect the hotel to take this matter seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future.
