Your first reply attempted to discredit my feedback by attacking my review history—which is irrelevant to your subpar service. Now, with your second response, you’ve dug yourself even deeper.
Yesterday, my husband joined me for a massage at your salon. Due to your incompetent staff (and the freezing room), he now has a sore throat. His experience was even worse than mine - he’s since endorsed my review (that’s him, by the way, since you’re so fixated on profiling customers).
Notice how you replied to him with a scripted, polite template? That proves you cherry-pick responses based on a customer’s review history elsewhere - not the actual facts raised about your service.
And let’s address your pattern: every critical review accusing your masseuses of incompetence is dismissed as ‘competitor sabotage.’ Is that your default excuse? By that logic, am I also a ‘competitor’? Or are you just incapable of acknowledging flaws?
Pathetic. Fix your service instead of blaming others

Your reply only confirms the lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing the actual issues - uneven massage, poor technique, unheated room, and unhygienic food smells - you chose to deflect by scrutinizing my review history. Classic deflection tactic of a business that can’t accept criticism.
If you truly cared about improvement, you’d apologize and fix these problems. But since you’d rather dismiss feedback, future customers should take note: this is how you’ll be treated when pointing out legitimate flaws.
P.S. I could understand such a review would be natural’? Maybe because your service is naturally subpar.
THE REVIEW👇🏽
Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended
I’ve lived on Koh Samui for six years and am a true enthusiast of traditional Thai massage. Having traveled across Thailand and experienced massages from various schools, I can confidently say that this place falls far short of expectations.
The masseuses were completely disengaged, chatting among themselves during the session. The room was uncomfortably cold, and the overall atmosphere was unprofessional. My massage lacked structure - the therapist spent unequal time on each side of my body (one arm and leg received much more attention than the other). The movements were repetitive, careless, and showed no understanding of anatomy or muscle tension. At one point, the masseuse left for about three minutes without explanation - as if to wash her hands, even though my massage was oil-free.
To make matters worse, the room smelled like food, which was distracting. The place tries to present itself as upscale but fails entirely. Even the complimentary "cafe" was just for show, with nothing substantial offered.
I don’t recommend this massage salon. There are far better options...
Read moreBy far the worst Thai massage i had experienced on Samui The woman who did the massage clearly had a very vague idea of what she was doing—she didn’t apply enough pressure where it was needed, yet for some reason, she put her full weight on areas that should never be pressed, such as the spine, especially the cervical region. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a massage therapist put their entire weight on the spine (and I mean BONES, not muscles). While I was lying on my stomach and she was working on my lower back, at one point, she lightly but noticeably hit me in the balls with her knee. Despite my entire body flinching, there was no apology, not even an “oops.” Later, when I turned onto my back, she did it again—this time with her elbow. While working on the inner thigh, she pressed her elbow full force not on my thigh, but on my genitals. This time, she did apologize, but that didn’t make it any better—massage, even Thai massage, is meant to be relaxing. How am I supposed to relax when I’m constantly anticipating another hit to my genitals?! Throughout the massage, it was evident that she had no structured sequence of movements—she jumped from shoulders to lower back, then to arms, then to legs, back to shoulders, then to the neck, then to the buttocks, and back to the neck again. Some body parts that were massaged on left side were completely ignored on the right side - a total chaos. Several times, she roughly grabbed or even tossed my arms and legs onto the table during switching positions as if my presence there itself was bothering her and getting in the way of her job. I understand that Thai massage isn’t supposed to be gentle like a tickling session, but I firmly believe that no client should feel like they paid to have their body treated like a slab of meat on a butcher’s table
I understand that one massage therapist doesn’t represent the entire establishment, but this was my experience, and it was awful. I strongly advise avoiding this place—out of the eight massage salons and approximately twelve therapists I’ve visited over the past six months on Samui, this was by far the worst, and it’s...
Read moreBelow average for a Thai massage shop. We came yesterday night, and was told to wait for 15 mins as our two masseuse will be ready at 9.15pm. When the time came, they told us (and another 2 other customers) that there are no therapists available, and we would have to wait until 9.40pm. We left and went to another massage shop down the road and had a great masssage there.
Fast forward to Today, I’m actually at Nakee right now getting a foot massage which is about to end. It has been disappointing. I had to tell the therapist to increase pressure for 3 times already. But after each time, she will start to weaken the pressure. Basically it just feels like she’s tickling my feet. Also, when I tell her to increase the pressure, she just looks unhappy and nods her head. Her name is Jeab, in case you want to avoid. I’ve had plenty of massages in Bangkok, Phuket, Samui and other Thai cities and this is really the worst I have experienced.
I strongly believe many of these reviews are either fake, or written by tourists who’ve never experienced a true Thai massage. It’s usually the case in Thailand that any proper massage joint you enter, the massage will be good, strong, and comfortable. Go further down the street where there are 4-5 massage shops in a row, and you will get a better massage.
Date of visit for foot massage:...
