A garden restaurants อะกาเด็นท์ — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

Somehow this is one of the highest rated restaurants in Bophut? The ceasar salad was what you'd expect from a chef following the recipe without any idea of how it should taste or even look. The croutons were soggy little bombs of oil. The cheese used in the photo on the menu uses proper parmesan while the dish uses that powdered kraft garbage. The Onion soup came with a slice of kraft individually wrapped cheese that tastes like plastic. The dessert used whipped cream from a can. While all of this might be standard fare in some restaurants, it shouldn't be for one with a rating of 4.6. The staff were polite and lovely, but they were also slow to serve us because they were clearly understaffed. It's so close to a busy road that at times all you can hear is the noise of the traffic as the restaurant is entirely open to the road.

Update, my son was up vomiting and with diarrhoea few hours after eating here. It passed after 2 days on medication. He ordered a seafood dish. Really regret...

Very nice and cosy restaurant. They offer a lot of different options, which you can see on the menu card. We decided to eat Morning Glory, Massaman Chicken Curry and Vegetables with red curry. The food was good, but you have to tell them, if you want it spicy. The portion for the Massaman Curry was very big, but the vegetable choices cloud be a little bit bigger. For drinks we had a typical Mango Shake. Unfortunately they put too much sugar in the shake and it was not that icy. But I will notice, that on the edge of the Glas there was a little Mango slice, which was very delicious.

We went there a second time a had a Vegetable Pad Thai for 60 THB. It was okay, but a little bit dry and the Tofu was not the best quality. I would not order this againY Furthermore we ordered a spicy Panaeng Curry for 100 THB. This was very delicious and more than spicy.

We stayed in the Peace Resort for 7 days in July 2022 and this Restaurant is a couple of doors up from the hotel on the same side just turn right out of the hotel .
