I regret going here- overpriced and staffnot experienced. We went to the nail section of the shop which is connected to the massage section- different entrance. They charged 1100Bt for removing of gel and doing a French manicure. Sounds cheap but we got the same thing at a market in Chiang Mai for half the price- it didn’t last long but was much better look. Here no nails soaking- no hand massage afterwards. Pedicure- no foot soaking or heel scrubbing. The manicure itself was ok- the tips were not painted equally though and the nail shaping was not good. My daughter’s halos had the same French manicures. The lady doing my daughter took over an hour- she filed her nails down to nothing and kept saying “sorry it’s my first time doing this”!! Yet they still charged the same price for an inexperienced manicurist! The nails peeled off in one go the next day- no nail damage so it wasn’t even done properly. Definitely choose a place which looks better quality- this place charges a lot because they have custom from the hotels opposite- but they are rubbish. One of the best health massages I've been to here on Koh Samui. All the staff can speak English and Thai so it was super convenient. Great price as well, and it's a purely health massage with nothing sketchy. Went for a foot massage initially but the staff suggested I also do my back which I agreed to, and as someone who works in office I slouch a lot, but after the massage my muscles were no longer tense and I feel lose and my back has never felt more loose and I felt super safe and cared for there as a woman.
