I got to know this from XHS, and I booked for body whitening. The statement from the staff was one time can the effect and it can remain for lifetime. Well, as the photo shows, the results is absolutely not!! Paying almost 3k for the whitening but no effects at all!!! Asking to shower with shower gel after done the body scrub, shower without using shower gel after they applying the whitening cream on my body. Understand that nothing is forever, but at least my perspective is to last at least 1-2 months. When I shower the next day morning with shower gel, my skin goes back to the original skin tone (as photo shown) It’s don’t even lasts for a day!!! 🙄🙄 feeling cheated by the advertisement and the statement they made. Had their Thai massage and sober up hair wash. Massage was very good. But the masseur went home after. So Someone else washed my hair instead. Kept pulling my hair and scratching my scalp w her nails. Super painful not relaxing at all. She was on her phone while massaging the shoulder, could feel it w the inconsistent massage. Awhile later, she asked the receptionist to cover her. Its as bad. The whole hair wash was a torture. Hair drying part was bad too. I enjoyed my 60mins hair spa. The masseuse was kind, delicate and provided enough pressure during the massage. The environment was clean and new but located a bit far from the main city centre.
