Zomg I can totally see why there’s a hype around this place! Got the ribeye beef noodle and it’s DELISHHHHHCIOUS! The beef portion is SOoOoo generous, the meat is SUPER soft and literally melts in your mouth 🥺🥩 I have never tasted anything like that before, what sorcery is this! 😍 it’s kinda pricey but I guess you’re paying for both quality and quantity so it’s pretty worth it!
There’s four kinds of noodles to choose from, would’ve been perfect if they had egg noodle too but alas, life can’t be perfect can it. Would also have preferred more noodles, but maybe it’s just the glutton in me speaking. 😈🤷♀️ The next time I’m back, def gonna order ribeye beef noodle, extra noodles with no bean sprouts ☺️🫶
The restaurant is kinda big with indoor and outdoor seating. If you’re here for lunch, for your own sanity, please opt for indoor seating if you don’t wanna die from the intense heat wave🔥🥵
Service is fast and staff are very attentive. There was no queue on a weekday lunch time when I came. Decent meal in an unassuming...
Read moreSo I finally tried the 2 famous beef noodle stall in Bangkok. Went to Rod Dee Dee as seen on an influencer’s stories multiple times where she always rave about their atas beef noodle with Ribeye and Wagyu options. Her recommendation is solid af guys, I got the Ribeye and “chefs kiss”, it was freaking bomb diggity.
Not the cheapest beef noodle in Bangkok but you won’t regret it so just slurp joyously at this joint!
The broth was a dream - delicious and aromatic with such robust flavor that's hard to explain. It can be quite salty, but definitely a comforting meal. Their regular beef noodle though, albeit flavoursome, definitely pales in comparison to their ribeye.
The best thing about the soup was the stewed, Chinese spiced beef – Nuea Pueay, it literally melts your mouth. I could eat a whole bowl of the beef on its own.
The skewers were freaking bomb diggity as well, arrived glistening with oil and had the right balance of meat and fats with every bite. This is heart clogging...

Order the beef balls, sliced beef and liver noodles - came without beef balls. Tried to ask them why no beef balls in the noodles despite supposed to come with it, all the staff can say is yes. Everything is yes. That's as good as their English can get.
Never mind, we order a 2nd bowl of the same thing as we just wanna try 1 bowl first. Then this time round, it came with beef balls, I use sign language and the new bowl that comes with beef balls to communicate with the lady boss, she finally understood. She brought out additional a bowl of beef balls to make it up to us.. Flavour is there. Sliced beef is relatively tender, esp for 60 baht a bowl. But, it is very very salty. Value for money. Skip the pork satay, Singapore pork satay are easily better. But I heard the beef skewers are good though, didnt get to try.
I will revisit only if I'm...
