Very well decorated and located villa on top of a hill, overlooking Patong. You stay in a quiet residential 'village area' and can reach party town Patong within an easy 15 minutes downhill walk. The villa provides anything you would wish for. The owner family takes care of you as you would be a part of the family. This villa is great and the owner Rick is the perfect host. It is situated not far away from Patong beach on the southern hill and the city can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. So it is quiet but still close. There are 5 big rooms with each one having its own bathroom. The kitchen and the living room is outside but covered in case of rain. The swimming pool is big including a jacuzzi. Rick is very friendly and always ready to help. He can organize for cooks to prepare great food. We used that service for an evening party and the food was gorgeous, in large quantity and everyone...

His fantastic staff will be at your service, after staying there for 15 years or so now I would like to say Rick is like Family,But it's almost impossible to see him, unfortunately he does not stop working,he pays so much attention to detail in the property and everything for the guests that he's always working or sleeping...
