WORST PEDICURE I’VE EVER HAD! I came out of my way to the salon because of the good reviews but I left bleeding. This is the worst pedicure I’ve had in my life!! I made an appointment but when I arrived, they seemed to be shocked I was there. I should have left at that point because the nightmare started as soon as I was invited to sit at a very dirty foot basin with dust and hair in it. The staff didn’t seem to be bothered by the dirtiness so I cleaned the hair out myself. I told the lady to cut my nails shorter but instead of cutting it with a cutter then file, she went ahead to very roughly file all of my nails down. She was not careful and overfilled my pinky toe and I was bleeding for 5min!! She sprayed some alcohol on it, and it burned but it won’t stop bleeding so she gave me some liquid to put on. I was obviously in shock and she proceeded with the pedicure. THEN SHE CUT ME AGAIN!!! I was bleeding again!!! She gave me a Band-Aid and said sorry but that’s about it. I was so worried I just told her to stop and just put the polish on so I can leave. The nail polish was not up to standard either, she didn’t even bother to put a top coat on. I normally do not give reviews but feel like I was cheated with this place and need to warn others. I got a regular manicure and pedicure not gel as from time to time I let my nails take a rest from the harsh chemicals of gel. I am aware that regular polish is not as durable as gel and I know it will not last as long. After they finished, I asked if I should stay longer for them to dry more and they insisted they were dry and everything was good. In less than 5 minutes after leaving several of them were completely messed up without me doing anything. I went back the next day thinking they would fix it at no cost and they wanted $600 baht to repair the 3 nails that were messed up or $1,000 baht to make everything gel. I just paid them $800 baht plus a very nice tip of $200 baht as I felt like they were professionals and that would not happen just minutes after leaving. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone in the Pattaya area. Go somewhere else and get the same service for half the price and they will probably do...

Walking into this nail salon was the worst decision I made. I regret choosing this nail salon very much. This is the worst nail salon I have ever encountered in my life. They did a very bad job, the color was not applied evenly, and my daughter's hands were rubbed very painfully. It was a very disappointing experience. I suspect that the good reviews here are fake.
