I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Virgin Mobile. Their service has been nothing but a nightmare. Despite having no change in my location for over a year, they keep asking for location data as if they have no idea where they are providing the service. Itâs clear they donât maintain accurate customer records.
Communication is another disaster. Virgin Mobile only offers chat support through their appâno phone calls, no emailsâjust a frustrating, robotic chat with representatives who only know how to repeat the same generic responses over and over again. There is zero real assistance or problem-solving.
To make things worse, the internet is constantly disconnecting. They seem to be taking advantage of customers who have paid for a year in advance, providing unreliable service because they know theyâve already been paid.
