Overall experience is Very bad

Purchased a wardrobe on 7th,it was suppose to deliver on 17th Sept, paid extra 250 to deliver on 10th Sept in reem

The whole day I was waiting for delivery as they could not confirm time, I kept asking around what time its possible

Then when delivery came a piece was broken, offered them extra money,so, that they will bring on same day, they said its not possible, and I come to know that they the piece was ordered from jabel Ali and then, they said it comes from another country, they are selling it as theirs here, whatever

Now I asked them to deliver on earliest and they said tomorrow or day after, not possible same day, and above that they will pass phone to girls to sweet talk, FYI, if I am talking the same thing with another customer service agent I dont need to talk, why will you pass call to a junior female

Next I asked for tomorrow what time is possible, they said 9, so I requested someone who is incharge of the delivery and then so the gave me Supervisor Muhammed something an Indian, he said its confirm sarp 8:30 to 9 the foundation piece of wardrobe which is damaged will be brought tomorrow morning, i asked him again and again confirm from the warehouse so, i will stay at home he said its confirmed and turns out it is 10:40, can't go to office waiting for them, and everyone i call gives me some sort of optimism that it will come now and I see the day is going to waste, its one of my busiest week in a year and feeling like Shit, thanks to purchase furniture I choose them

I would highly not recommend to use their service or feel sorry...

Extremely Disappointed with Mattress and Customer Service

I recently purchased a wrist mattress from Home Center Store, and I am beyond disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received. From the moment I brought the mattress home, it was clear that the quality was subpar. The mattress felt lumpy and uncomfortable, and within just a few nights, I started experiencing severe back and wrist pain. It's as if the mattress was designed to cause discomfort rather than provide a good night's sleep.

Despite the store's claims of offering top-quality products, this mattress is anything but. The material feels cheap, and the supposed orthopedic support is non-existent. To make matters worse, the mattress started sagging after just two weeks of use, which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point.

When I contacted Home Center Mattress Store to address these issues, I was met with unhelpful and rude customer service representatives. They refused to acknowledge the problems I was facing and blatantly ignored my requests for a refund or exchange. Instead of standing behind their product, they offered no viable solution and left me stuck with a mattress that has caused me nothing but pain and frustration.

I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Home Center Mattress Store to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and money, and find a store that values its customers and sells products that live up to their promises. This experience has been a complete nightmare, and I will never...

Home Centre has always been my goto place for any furniture or home improvement things or furnishings. The Reem Mall branch seemed to be quite expensive at first, but Mr Sudhip made me realise that this branch gives more options with very good discounts compared to other branches. He really got that convincing skills and is very capable at his job. The greatest quality I liked as an Asian is that he doesn't differentiate customers on any basis, and u buy or not, he has the same attitude towards everyone, everytime. He understands that not many people buy things at first glance. Everyone would definitely want to check around before finalising the product. He respects that n helps you decide the best. He got the greatest qualities of a sales person, patience, and tolerance. The other best part is that he supports you for post sales issues. He personally checks with the backend teams n makes life easier for us. Regarding the store, it's at a very convenient location for those staying in Al Reem Island and around. The store is big and always has a good discount on some products and I was fortunate enough to find discounts on almost every product that I bought from there.
