Extremely disappointing experience I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was truly disappointing. We waited 20 minutes just for bread to arrive, which set the tone for the rest of the meal. I ordered eggs well done, but they were sent back three times and still weren’t cooked the way I asked. To make things worse, the buffet was almost empty when we arrived — no refills for long periods, and when food was finally brought out, it was in tiny portions that disappeared immediately. Only a few guests managed to get anything before it was gone again. Meanwhile, staff at the door were busy calling in more customers, even though there was barely any food and not enough staff to serve the ones already there. Disappointing Experience with Shish Tawook plate Quality and Subsequent Health Issues

I just had lunch at levan turk with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was quite underwhelming. We ordered the Shish Tawook plate, and the quality of the chicken was very poor. The chicken was undercooked, appeared to be of a cheap grade, and lacked freshness. While I appreciate the staff's attempt to rectify the situation by offering complimentary tea and Turkish ice cream upon our complaint, the gesture did not compensate for the subpar main course. Regrettably, both my husband and I experienced stomachaches and diarrhea shortly after leaving the restaurant. We visited in Ramadan , The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but the buffet was quite small and didn’t meet expectations. The line was long and the waiting time was frustrating , even after finally getting food, people were still waiting.

The salads were good, and there were two kinds of soups, which was a nice touch. However, the main dish was disappointing, and there were no cheese samsosa or spring rolls, which are usually expected in this kind of buffet. The dessert was just okay.It was also very crowded, and within 5 to 10 minutes, most of the food had gone cold, which made the experience less enjoyable.
