I recently had a very disappointing experience at this furniture store. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unhelpful and seemed to know very little about the products they were selling. To make matters worse, on the day I visited, no one informed me that I could receive a coupon if I spent a certain amount. I did spend that amount, but it wasn't until a few days later, when I returned to the store, that I found out other customers were redeeming their coupons. This was incredibly frustrating.
When I spoke to the manager about it, not only was he unhelpful, but he was also incredibly petty and rude. I was there to exchange my couch for a better one, but his attitude made the whole experience even worse.
To top it all off, I paid full price for a couch, only to find out two weeks later that it wasn’t even in stock! I had to call the store myself to confirm the delivery date, and that’s when they told me the couch was unavailable, and my order hadn’t been approved. No one bothered to inform me about this, and I’ve been left without the product I paid for.
I also tried contacting homebox store in Reem mall and no one has picked up my phone. The phone rings but no one picks up. I tried calling multiple times and no answer.
This store is a complete disaster. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping here to think twice. I will never be returning. I used to like homebox but now I am rethinking of canceling my order and taking my money back because it’s been a huge headache trying to buy from them.

I purchased two electrical recliners, but only one came with a power supply. When I questioned the delivery staff, they called their line manager, who unbelievably claimed that both recliners share one power supply — seriously? Do you think customers are that foolish?
A few minutes later, the manager called again and said the missing power supply would be delivered later, without giving any specific date. I filed a complaint the same day, but the follow-up has been a complete nightmare.
Every time I call, I have to repeat my story over and over. The agents ask for a 20-digit invoice number because their system apparently can’t even find my order by phone number. When I provided the complaint number, they refused to use it. After 20 minutes of waiting, one agent said they’d “send an email” and asked me to send photos of the missing part — then the call disconnected!
I called again, spoke to another agent, repeated the story for the third time, and was promised delivery with no confirmed date again.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I spent a significant amount of money, yet one recliner is completely unusable because of incompetence and zero accountability.
