pretty legit perfumes, good prices, only thing was the service, one employee kept following me around after telling him i just wanted to smell around, and got pretty annoyed after i asked for testers for perfumes behind the counter since i couldnt get them myself, and then saying thank you, to then he which would reply “you want?” and id say no, because no person makes up their mind that fast, and he’d seem visibly irritated. Also when i walked in, they were handing a maison margiela by the fireplace tester to a customer, which i smelt when coming in but it was very light and faint, so i could barely sense it. so before i left the store, i had asked “sorry, could you give me the by the fire place tester again?” to which he flat out responded no, which confused me and i just left. not all the employees were bad though, one of them was quite hospitable and apologized when there were no testers available for a perfume i wanted to smell, which he didnt need to do, aswell as being kind and not easily irritated when someone doesnt wanna buy a perfume after 5 seconds of smelling it. the same rude guy and another kept staring hard at me while i was looking around EVEN when they had customers to serve, very unusual....

I am from Jordan I I was very confused of how can send a birthday gift to Dubai on time so mr Sadharsan reply on me on whtasapp at the same time and follow up with me also reply on time whenever it’s morning or at night ! Hi. Totally amazed with the service provided. Very quick response from the Customer Service specially Amin and his colleague.. They are amazing and customer oriented... Just received my second order/delivery in a very short time. Are the fragrances are in perfect condition and above all.. Genuine and original. Now awaiting for my third order which is on the way. Will of course proceed with my 4th order 😁😁😁. Once again thanks for the great service and attention Amin, you are a true gem.
