The staffs were ill mannered and behaved rude toward the customer. They did not understand English, and because of this the communication between the staff and customer was difficult. They charged us for an order that was not placed by us and argued with us and lied to us telling about the counter being closed and tried making us pay for things we didn’t order. The menu options are very less, there aren’t many food options that you can choose from. This place is only nice for the seating and the lights. I would strongly advise everyone to be aware of how they treat you. They were racist. There was no reason to charge us with items that was never placed. It was my first experience at this cafe and turns out i will never revisit this place again because of the way the staffs dealt with us. Same as other customer’s review. The WiFi is really good but the service is the worst. How? The waiter is shouting to us because he says it’s very annoying that I changed my order.. I ordered one ginger tea and I want to change to green tea (with in 1 min time). And at the end he insist to charge us 2 drinks amount.... Which is 10.5 aed per drink. Today it’s really not about the amount but the attitude is UNBELIEVABLE, speaking loud and rude and speaking with arms in the air waving.
