Terrible Experience with Noon Foods and Laffa Restaurant I am extremely disappointed with the service from Noon Foods and Laffa Restaurant. I recently placed an order without realizing that I had selected the wrong delivery address. The moment I completed the payment and noticed the mistake, I immediately tried to cancel the order. However, there was no visible cancellation option on the Noon app.

I quickly called the restaurant using the contact option provided through Noon, but no one answered. Desperate, I found Laffa’s number on Google and called them directly. Someone finally answered, but the moment I mentioned it was regarding a Noon order, he confirmed it and then rudely cut the call.

I then contacted Noon via chat, hoping to resolve the issue. They informed me that the order could be canceled, and I even received an email stating that the delivery was canceled. However, the same email also said that a refund was not possible because the restaurant had already prepared my food – all of this happened within three minutes of placing the order!

This is completely unfair and feels like a scam. How can an entire order be prepared within three minutes? It is clear that neither Noon Foods nor Laffa Restaurant cares about their customers. They just took my money without providing any proper service or support.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I feel like I’ve been cheated. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Noon Foods and Laffa Restaurant. Their customer service is unhelpful, and their practices seem more focused on taking your money than ensuring customer satisfaction.

Very poor service , they pick and choose customers ....lot of staff members walk past you but none had the patience to wait and ask for orders . One chap came was about to take the order but he saw somebody else and left ....i never saw him again ..as I wasted a long time desperately looking for somebody to take the orders , luckily a filipina staff saw my plight and took my order ..Saw this restaurant , big and open at 1:30am on 6th Jan ..spaced out and good number of staff all over the place but they pick and choose whom to cater first .. I went in got seated , was given the menu and the chap about to take my order told me he will come.back and left ( never returned ) ..a group of western tourist 4 people came long after I was there , they got priority service and even the manager came by checking on them but not bothered to ask me sitting idle at 1:30am if I had ordered or need assistance .. i cancelled my plans of ordering a meal as I wasted lot of time and ordered 2 shawermas ( which was okay ) at 8dhs for the chicken and 10dhs for the meat shawerma ..a bit expensive considering service being pathetic ..but the filipina staff who asked me and took my order was courteous and so i tipped her 5dhs for an order value of 18dhs ...( Just so that she is motivated and continues with her good service ) ..will never visit a place which is biased and picks and chooses...
