Vooqa Cafe and Lounge — Local services in Dubai

I called facility to on a Tuesday to see if there were any ladies day specials and no one answered the phone. When i called the hotel they transferred me and someone who claimed to work at the facility said they were having ladies specials on that day. When I arrived and was given the menu, I specifically asked which shishas were for ladies day and the gentleman said anything on the menu! As I had my shisha and proceeded to check out they gave me a bill with the shisha charge not from the ladies day special and proceeded to say when I asked earlier, the gentleman didn't understand English. Thereby forcing me to pay a ridiculous amount for their shisha, which wasn't that great, btw or worth the amount, especially at that establishment. I will not return...

Had an amazing experience at Vooqa Cafe! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable — a special shoutout to Suchi, who was incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit.

What truly stood out was the presence of the owner, Waqas, who personally ensured everything was perfect. It's rare to see such hands-on care from an owner, and it really made us feel valued.

The menu was great, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and service we received. Whether you're coming to relax, catch up with friends, or just enjoy good vibes and good food, this place checks all the boxes.

I recently visited to this place and had a fantastic experience. The standout feature is definitely the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, which sets a perfect ambiance for a relaxing evening.

The staff, especially Manzil, were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. We indulged in their shisha, which was flavorful and well-prepared, and the mojitos were refreshing and perfectly balanced.
