Pretty good selection of the usual well known big high street chains.. One or two empty units nowadays...
But the floors are so slippery.
The centre has signs permanently advertising that "Due to adverse weather conditions" the floors may be slippery. Take it from me, they WILL be slippery on rain days as well as damp days and pretty well every day in autumn, winter and spring.
As well as the slippery floor, the steps from Guild Street and the Station are long and steep (and slippery!). There is no option of an escalator or a lift. If you are not fleet of foot, then it would be probably be best to walk round Guild Street and Bridge Street to enter the centre by the not quite as slippery but much less steep Bridge Street entrance. Or go to another shopping mall.
There is plenty of car parking under the centre. Read moreOldskool shopping centre located in the heart of Aberdeen city. As you enter you have to climb a mountain of stairs so be prepared for a workout. There is disabled access round the back of needed.
The toilets are deep underground and also a bit of a trek...
Good for Primark and Debenhams. In terms of variety of shops you are probably best going to the Bon Accord centre but the trinity centre is a good alternative and has a better car park.
There are always homeless people hanging around outside the centre bit they are usually harmless mannies.
It also has a Greg's which is fine for stuffing your face with sausage rolls or a steak bakes etc
Overall I'd recommend going if you can...
