RESTING BRUNCH FACE — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

I went for the ARW deal which was great value and had the veggie breakfast with a coffee. They seemed to be very busy with deliveries at the detriment to those sitting in (also all with babies/children so harder to keep waiting). My coffee came maybe 10 minutes before the food so was cold when that arrived. A table already seated in before me was served after me which I think annoyed them.

Big cup of coffee though. The smokey beans were delish, good portion size, were happy to do egg poached instead of fried and hasbrowns delish. I couldn't catch someone's eye to ask for some sauce which it did need and couldn't leave seat as just me and baby in high chair. Due to service probably wouldn't go back. Great to see plenty high chairs but almost impossible to take a buggy through to till...

Great customer service and atmosphere. Reasonable waiting time despite being busy. Our waitress was particularly nice. We had a brekkie which was fine, and a veggie brunch stack and both were lovely. The only couple of negatives, which a minute, would be that we didn't get butter for the bread. The waitress did say she would get but obviously forgot and we didn't ask again which I guess we could have. Perhaps having butter readily available at the counter. And, I really would have loved a runny yolk for the fried egg - perhaps this could be to the customers requirement. Overall, we would definitely return and also...

I was pleasantly surprised by this place, I expected cheap and not-so-cheerful food but instead I found that it was really good quality. I had the full breakfast which was delicious and filling. At first it seemed slightly on the expensive side, but considering the quality of the food it was definitely worth it. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff helped as well. I'm not so keen on their pale shades of orange for their branding but that just serves as a reminder not to judge a book by its cover. Overall a great place for a coffee, breakfast,...
