Not the best Bubble Tea there is but is the one I have the most, due to convenience of location. The drink itself is fine, no complaints but the "pearls", at least the ones I always have (tapioca) are not always as they should as they tend to stick together and are hard-ish which may be that they are not cooked properly. This does not stop me from going as I like the product and it does not happen always so... it is worth the risk when I crave bubble tea.
I agree with Lin O about the staff, however is understandable as there seem to be new people all the time and may not be fully trained or used to the product.
I would like to add, do not buy the cup for life refillable (unless you really want it) because the plastic at the top is very thin and it will crack. You could still use it but it will leak if not completely upright. In order to "pay" for the cup with the discount for using it you would need to use it 40 times, after that you would actually save those 25p per cup, however my one broke after 3 uses.
If you are in the area and fancy bubble tea, go for it! But if you are on a location with other options, you may want...
Read moreOk so I had a little thought and deleted my previous review. The place is 3/5 âď¸ because of inconsistency in service. The bubble tea itself is okay - nothing special for the fruity teas, but it's nice. However there's clearly problem with staff. There are some girls that are super competent there, and there are some that treat this more like a burden then a job. And that's why it's hard to give this place an honest review. Because one day I am super satisfied, another not so much. I think the most common issue is missing the toppings (so like when they are out of stock etc.) Or when I order let's say two toppings with my tea and receive only one. I don't always notice it when we take the tea because of the rush, but it's been happening couple of times already. One thing that's really great is their customer service online, when the app was down and I couldn't collect points they were able to add it online based on...
Read moreThis is the third time that they run out tapioca. Such a disappointing experience for my kids who were so excited about it. How can they run out their main topping so often. We had to choose something else and they still charged us extra for that. In other shop, when they run out of tapioca they offer any topping for free. The topping we had (aloe vera) tasted strange and sour, so my kids didnât drink it. Staff were rude , no smile . Not...
