The service is degrading every single day. I was/am fan of shake away for so long. Excellent taste but Of late they are being disappointing. For the last few times, whenever I order a smoothie, it’s only filled halfway or may be slightly more… kinda 60-70%, literally!!! Attached is the pic of large mango smoothie I purchased today but only half filled!!! And this is not the 1st time happening..

In my last 3 visits I have had wildly different scenarios. The more recent is that they are simply not putting in enough of certain flavours to be detectible in the drink. My partner ordered a praline shell and kinder Bueno shake that just tasted of milk. My order of toblerone came with the toblerone only broken up into about 10 pieces. They are not blending sufficiently to be able to drink with a straw or to mix the flavours properly. Staff member was sooooo rude - served the worst looking yoghurt I have ever seen - nothing like the picture - she said they can’t serve it with fruit on the top it has to be mixed in as ‘it’s against the law’ I said but the picture shows it on the top ? She said yeah that’s wrong ! She took the yoghurt and patted it flat into a cup - it was a mess then stirred the fruit into it .. but honestly it was the way she spoke to me that was most unbelievable… 2nd time encountering this horrible person ..,...
