Pizza Hut Basingstoke Church St — Restaurant in Basingstoke and Deane

Usually pizza hut is decent. Really disappointed this time. As usual good deals but ordered on a Saturday afternoon so shouldnt be hugely busy. Estimated delivery time 45 mins. Arrived about 1hr 15 mins later just as I was about to call. Thought ok, must be backed up with orders. Opened it up, definitely not worth the wait! Pizza was stone cold. Nachos were barely topped and cold. Mac and cheese was burnt on one side (as in dry, inedible crunchy pasta!) with all the sauce on the other side and again cold... all of it had obviously been sat in the shop for a long time. one of the dips was also missing... couldn't be bothered to ring as I know these sorts of places dont care. But safe to say I'm sticking to dominos or papa...

Only ordered some Doritos as had a craving and had some tablets to take with food. After waiting an hour and half called the store as got a message delivered. The guy just told me a bunch of lies, firstly quoting the wrong address then all of a sudden fresh in oven then driver is nearly with you. Another half an hour later it arrived stone cold. Would never order again but the customer service is just as bad as pretty much non existent. Wouldn’t even give them a one star but minus ten, I don’t know what’s happened to Pizza Hut but it’s like...

Ordered for delivery. They came with the sides but not the pizza?! It was all returned to the driver and we were told we need to collect, they would give us a free side. Went to collect only to be told we are not getting any food as the driver is not back and could have run off with the food? Literally makes no sense as we followed instructions from pizza hut staff, Sunil!!! Extremely rude and refused a refund!!! This was for a birthday party aswell!!! I definitely would not recommend.
