Farmhouse Pizza — Local services in Birmingham

One of the rudest experiences I’ve encountered. Had ordered via Just Eat and after an hour, I called to see how long it may be. Offered my address in which they said they don’t have 63, they have 68. I had the order and receipt open in front of me as I had them on speaker, and it said 63. I tried to explain, to which I was met with “not my fault, you put the address wrong”. I hadn’t but luckily 68 is only across from me. So I waited on the drive in case they delivered there. Another 30 minutes go, and I call again. I was met this time with “cancel the order, we don’t deliver to 63”. I asked, but you deliver to 68? “Yes not 63” it’s over the road. I’ve sent screenshots to Just Eat showing the address was right. I’m really annoyed as I was looking forward to what I had ordered and never received. Please try and learn some better customer service, mistakes happen but can be fixed and I like to think of myself as an understandable person and customer - but my god,...

After I order from this food shop. Early hours of the Morning.. I experience myself being sick. Which was unusually.. I have now experienced food poisoning from this shop. After eating their chicken wings. Which wasn’t cooked properly.. and had pink and blood still on the bone. I am now becoming annoyed. Because I’ve tried to call them numerous times.. but there’s not answer.. and yes I will be putting up pictures of what they left on the bone. To see how disgusting they are. Never will I be ordering...

Probably the best doner wrap I had in the past years, will definately order again. Chicken strips came with a bit of the surprise that worked perfectly with the meal - salad dressing as a dip. Never thought of it before, but honestly it was great, especialy for someone who loathes regular spicy or barbeque dip options thatother places put in.
