Great choice and friendly staff. We’re really lucky to have this shop locally. I really like how the filling station for refillable detergents is set up. The only thing I would say would be useful is to have some scales near to the fruit and veg. It’s priced by the kg but unless you are used to shopping this way and know what that ‘looks like’ it’s quite hard to know how much you might spend until you get to the till. A lot of people like to buy locally with 0 waste if they can, but it is usually still more expensive than the supermarket to do so. For us, we shop this way when we have time and money to do so. Please be aware of steps in this shop with worn and faded yellow and black tape. The same colour on both levels. It is unsuitable for people with sight issues. I visited the shop for first. I asked for a product and was told to look at the bottom on the left. Whilst walking towards it I fell off the step and twisted my foot. I was so shocked .The guy behind the counter did not say a word or come to assist me. He just sat there looking at me. So disappointed as I went to Moseley especially to shop here. A great independent local shop for all the things needed to eat a healthy, varied vegan diet, including a tempting range of organic veg. There's also a good variety of non-food items, such as soaps and detergents. If I can't find anything, I always find the staff friendly and helpful.
