This has to be the MOST odd experience I’ve ever had ever and I tend to leave reviews often and many take my views religiously due to the trust I’ve built up as a genuine reviewer. The atmosphere is spot on, VERY good deco to enjoy a meal and the service was somewhat good. Now this is where things get rocky, the food was shockingly bad, like you can’t get any worse, the quality of the breakfast items raised major alarm bells, staff mentioned frozen sausages, they also are using cheap quality eggs as there was no taste to the eggs, the beans tasted bland and I can 100% know they were not Heinz. The Toast bread was good however when you realise you’ve paid 13-15 quid for a good toast and everything else failed, you know you got bent over and been robbed. The presentation seems to be more important than the taste of the food items. The drinks served were somewhat good however there’s better out there. Overall the verdict is, highly overpriced meal with zero justification or reflection of the food quality. The owner should be ashamed of himself ripping people off and having no remorse.

Please do not bring your friends or family to this place as they will be VERY pissed off at you.

Thank you for responding to my review, you failed to highlight the core points between the quality concerns over the ingredients, why is it okay to charge premium prices for frozen goods, the Heinz beans clearly didn’t taste right unless they’ve been left open from the day prior and the eggs had no taste like they hadn’t been seasoned or maybe were caged eggs. Your focussed on the £22-23 pounds but fail to understand why you think it’s okay for customers to be paying that sort of money for the points highlighted. This isn’t something to discuss with me over the phone. Sort the...

I visited this place for the first time and had a really good experience. We didn’t have to wait for a table, which was a nice start. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were friendly from the moment we arrived.

The breakfast was lovely; I had the English breakfast, and it was cooked really well. Everything was fresh and nicely presented. I also tried the chai latte, which was really nice, though it was served a bit on the warm side. I prefer my drinks hotter as they can cool down quickly. I mentioned it to the staff, and they were great about it, they took the drink and made it hotter, which I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. If you prefer your drinks extra hot, it’s worth mentioning that when you order.

I also ordered the Spanish pistachio latte, but I didn’t enjoy it as much. That’s just personal preference, I found the pistachio latte and hazelnut dessert combination a bit too strong. It was my first time trying it, so I’m glad I gave it a go, but I probably wouldn’t order it again together.

The viral dessert they had was delicious and definitely worth trying.

Overall, the food was great, the service was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I’d highly recommend this place for a good breakfast and...

One of the most beautiful cafe I’ve been to. The servers were so sweet and so attentive and so lovely. The menu items were such a good selection, AFFORDABLE REASONABLE PRICES, I dare say cheap, for the HIGH QUALITY food. So tasty, very very quick service. Such lovely music and atmosphere. I felt transported to another world, not in mosely anymore. There is a variety of selections for whatever mood you’re in, whether is chicken or brunch or something light. The one I’d recommend is the ELY Wild West breakfast as pictured for only £13. It’s a mix of a full breakfast AND dessert/pancakes. Two in one. Such a bargain. It’s so filling, I won’t be eating again today so full😂. Food was so yummy. You can switch items and they accommodate (just check the switch is the same or lower price in the “add sides” part of the menu). I don’t like scrambled eggs so I went for poached eggs that were so fancy. The pancakes were the best I had AND OMG THE HASHBROWNS. SO CRIPSY SO FRESH. Obsessed. They’re going to take all my savings as I wanna come everyday 😂😂 but so worth...
