Subway — Restaurant in Birmingham

This is the worst experience I ever had. The staffs were not well trained for the hospitality. The portions which they provide are not upto the standards, also charges expensive ones instead of the real ones. We ordered a chicken strip wrap, a large crinkle wedges and a footlong chicken Tikka. They charged us for texmexan instead of strip, which I know the series menu is expensive than the regular one. The large wedges were not even a regular wedges size, they didnt had a scoop. Charged for bigbombay instead of Chicken Tikka footlong. I can understand it's Newyear and the store would be closed soon, they hesitated to provide us dinning but the same time they provided dinning for 3 girls who came after us. Wonderful. The manager, who in Black shirt doesn't deserve the position. Totally dissatisfied with the service, i wont recommend this subway to anyone and I'll never...

I like this Subway in 1 stop and so do my kids. It's smaller than some other Subways, with a small seating area (little tables for 2 people to sit on but if you order a few items you'll have trouble fitting everything on the table).

The staff were all friendly and very accomdating. The place is very clean. The staff were constantly cleaning.

They have a good section of bread of fillings to choose from. They'll even toast/warm up your bread. The fillings are generous compared to those 99p baguette shops and the bread isn't hard and crusty. Plus there's a good variety of sauces to compliment your sandwich. The sandwiches here aren't exactly cheap. I bought a 6 inch sub, a drink,a packet of crisps and 3 cookies for about £6.50.

Ordered a spicy Italian sub for my partner who is not vegan and then the vegan T.L.C sub for myself. The sandwich "artist" did not change her gloves between putting cheese on my partner's sub and handling my bread, then without asking if I wanted cheese or not (which happens in every subway I've ever been to regardless of which sandwich you are ordering, but considering I was ordering a vegan sandwich you would think might be an especially important question) proceeded to put cheese on my bread.
