Honestly, very disappointed as I went to pick up 2 parcels, they don’t keep an itinerary of the parcels. The young man at the till gave me one parcel but refused to look for the other, insisting that there wasn’t another parcel. I was annoyed to say the least but held my tongue and decided to leave and come back the next day. My body language clearly conveyed my irritation because I went back the next day to get the second parcel. It was an older man at the till and when I gave my name he said that his son reported that I had been rude! I explained the situation and he was able to find the package in seconds. Why didn’t his son just look for it in the first place instead of insisting I was wrong and then (when I purposely ensured my language was not out of line) tell his father that I was rude?
