I ordered a pizza and it turned into the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. It took over an hour to arrive because the driver got lost, and instead of helping to resolve the situation, the store was completely unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, they thought it was a good idea to send out a brand-new delivery driver on a Saturday night without any support or guidance setting them up to fail and leaving customers frustrated. Tried a pizza from the new Italiano range, bang on. A lot of people complain about greasy pizzas from pizza places, but that's usually because of the toppings they choose - avoid cured meats and standard pork. Fast collection orders and the app is very helpful. Only gripe is that the pizzas can be slightly undercooked but I guess thats personal preference. Pizza is gorgeous, but it is way over priced.
