Please open longer than 9 to 5.30pm this is obviously when most people are working. Forster square is for the most part open until 8pm and Broadway until 7pm so why cant you? At the moment you are deterring people with money besides benefits (I'm not not being smarmy but they should not be your only target customer - there's nothing wrong with living on benefits, but they will not have the same disposable income on average that a working person does) from bothering with the steep walk up Darley Street to pay your shopping centre a visit.
The fact of the matter is most people of working age I speak to are already going to White Rose in Leeds or elsewhere. Whoever is running the centre must do better so without rambling on you are losing millions through your reluctance to adapt to modern busy lifestyles and opening later.
All this being said with New Look, Primark, TJ Hughes, Deichman etc you are still somewhere savvy shoppers should try...
Read moreIt would be good if they refurbished the place and kept bradfords history like leeds. If the council can refurb the old Odeon then why not The kirgate shopping centre it has esclators and is more spacious compared to cramped new bradford Broadway. The Broadway where every new business eventually comes to a close or goes in to administration. Instead of knocking it down refurbish the place it could still do way better than Broadway. The kirgate has some wonderful memories. These new builds in my opinion will not do to well. Maybe the council should control mass migration and say we are full Instead of building useless homes that will attract more drug and crime activity. Keep the heritage. Also to point out the security at the kirgate have more control on the shopping centre compared to Broadway where youths are out of control and growing...
Read moreI visited this place recently and honestly, itâs a complete joke. The so-called âbeauty salonâ stuck inside a cubicle here (NOT Regal Beauty Salon) is run by one of the most arrogant women Iâve ever come across. Zero hospitality, zero professionalism, just plain rudeness. They clearly only care about their friends and family â if thatâs the case, why even pretend to run a business? Just keep it as your private clubhouse. People like this shouldnât be running shops when they donât even know the basics of treating customers with respect. Pathetic. And the worst part? This womanâs nonsense actually drags down the reputation of the genuinely good salon nearby. Absolute shame. I honestly hope this woman never gets the chance to open another business in any of the good reputed malls we have in Bradford â we donât need that kind of attitude...
