This place is slowly falling apart, sadly. I like this place, mainly because of Primark and Sports Direct. It's the place to visit for affordable shopping, especially in these times when everything is so expensive. I shop for most of my kids' casual wear in Primark. Can't beat the prices. I learnt something about this place recently that is so amazing. In the market, there is beautiful artwork. Next time you use the ATM machine, look at the wall in front of you. Venture into the market and look up. You will see the most amazing tiled artwork. Talk about the most unlikely places to display art above a market. Wow! I go to this place so often and never knew they were there. Talk about hidden treasures, hidden in plain sight.

Accessing this shopping centre is easy and rather enjoyable, as the main entrance leads customers upwards with an escalator. It also has multiple floors and a connection to the market, enabling proper navigation around and to or from the area. I did buy a glittered placemat from the shopping centre that lights up gloriously in the sun, though the glitter is rough enough to not get worn away by glasses and cups going on it!

Abuse doesn't have to take the form of physical violence, using non humans for any purpose is exploitation, exploitation is abuse. Stop using animals for entertainment!

Please open longer than 9 to 5.30pm this is obviously when most people are working. Forster square is for the most part open until 8pm and Broadway until 7pm so why cant you? At the moment you are deterring people with money besides benefits (I'm not not being smarmy but they should not be your only target customer - there's nothing wrong with living on benefits, but they will not have the same disposable income on average that a working person does) from bothering with the steep walk up Darley Street to pay your shopping centre a visit.

The fact of the matter is most people of working age I speak to are already going to White Rose in Leeds or elsewhere. Whoever is running the centre must do better so without rambling on you are losing millions through your reluctance to adapt to modern busy lifestyles and opening later.

All this being said with New Look, Primark, TJ Hughes, Deichman etc you are still somewhere savvy shoppers should try...

It would be good if they refurbished the place and kept bradfords history like leeds. If the council can refurb the old Odeon then why not The kirgate shopping centre it has esclators and is more spacious compared to cramped new bradford Broadway. The Broadway where every new business eventually comes to a close or goes in to administration. Instead of knocking it down refurbish the place it could still do way better than Broadway. The kirgate has some wonderful memories. These new builds in my opinion will not do to well. Maybe the council should control mass migration and say we are full Instead of building useless homes that will attract more drug and crime activity. Keep the heritage. Also to point out the security at the kirgate have more control on the shopping centre compared to Broadway where youths are out of control and growing...

I visited this place recently and honestly, it’s a complete joke. The so-called “beauty salon” stuck inside a cubicle here (NOT Regal Beauty Salon) is run by one of the most arrogant women I’ve ever come across. Zero hospitality, zero professionalism, just plain rudeness. They clearly only care about their friends and family — if that’s the case, why even pretend to run a business? Just keep it as your private clubhouse. People like this shouldn’t be running shops when they don’t even know the basics of treating customers with respect. Pathetic. And the worst part? This woman’s nonsense actually drags down the reputation of the genuinely good salon nearby. Absolute shame. I honestly hope this woman never gets the chance to open another business in any of the good reputed malls we have in Bradford — we don’t need that kind of attitude...
