UPDATE Recent visit 12:30pm 04/08/2023 - my lunch break. Small fish and chips ordered with mushy peas £5.55. Luckily, I paid with cash. The lady who served me said the fish would be fresh and ready within 5 minutes. I waited away and by this time it was 12:55pm. I went back to request a refund, and the employee was coming up with all kinds of excuses bearing in mind that others had come in after me and were served. My refund was given back to me like I owed her rent lol stinking attitude. Also, while I waited, I slowly looked around and noticed how dirty the shop actually was and that too for those eating in with flies roaming around and a leak in the ceiling dripping away. A waste of my lunch time, sadly. I will no longer be returning. The shop needs a deep clean and a lot of basic improvements needed. Good luck Fish Dish. I wish you well.

The delivery guy was nice and the food came quicker than usual however thats the only good things.. so they forgot caprisun and beans for breakfast. The breakfast itself was very overcooked and the eggs were chewy and squeaked when chewed, youd think you were eating baby chicken. They didnt use proper chippy chips. It was like oily precut steak chips from a bag.. no chippy chips? At a chippy??? What?! May aswell close the business. Didnt taste fresh at all. Very dissapointed and feels like ive wasted £15 on 2 boxes of steak chips with abit of sausage, a fish and a overcooked beanless breakfast. Coffee also tasted like dish water. Standards have very much reduced since I last ordered and I wont be ordering again. I never leave bad reviews but i honestly have nothing...

I was disappointed with the food as it definitely has gone down hill since I last ate I remember the chips before were cooked just right but on the day I ate again the chips were hard and looked like had been fried several times as they were dark and dry in colour The fish was more batter than fish and the inside was not cooked as the battery was soft as it was thick I was disappointed with the experience as my mum was looking forward to eating there as this was the first time she had been out in some time...
