We visited the NCF Living outlet in Bradford a few months ago, and our initial experience was quite positive. The sales staff were friendly and attentive, and we were happy with their customer interaction. Based on this, we decided to place an order. The agreement was that part of our order would be delivered by the end of August, with the rest arriving in early October. We also signed a monthly installment contract as part of the purchase.
However, since then, our experience has become quite frustrating. We haven’t received any updates about our order. When we tried to contact the Bradford branch, we found out they don’t have a direct branch number — only a central customer care line. We called this number repeatedly for a week, but were always stuck at queue position number 2. This makes us feel that the phone line is either not monitored or deliberately left unanswered, leaving customers in the dark.
We then tried reaching out via email and initially received a reply stating that our items hadn’t yet arrived at their warehouse. However, after that, our follow-up emails have gone unanswered, and we’ve been left without any further communication or clarity on when our order will be delivered.
We are posting this review to hopefully get a response from the Bradford team. You have our email and contact details, and we expect a prompt reply. It's disappointing to experience such poor communication and customer service after what started as a positive experience. We hope this review prompts action and leads to an improvement in your customer service practices.

I have been successful in getting all my money back on a section 75 claim from my credit company for the poor quality bed and poor customer service,stay clear of this company who just lie and are very unprofessional. Ordered a bed with 4 draws including mattress and headboard at a cost if £800. When we purchased the bed the shop put in the delivery notes we could only accept a Friday delivery. Days before delivery was due there office contacted us and stated they don't do delivery to Lincolnshire on a Friday. We were very annoyed as this was agreed with the shop so we went out of our way and agreed to a Monday morning delivery between 7am_10am at our holiday home. They turned up late saying they had a puncture on route to us and they started assembling the 2 divan bases together when my partner noticed they didn't join correctly and was a manufacturing issue with a gap between the 2 bases. The delivery guys start slamming the bases on the floor trying to make it fit and my partner had to tell them to stop as they could be causing damage to our floor The delivery guys ask my partner if she still want the bed and she said no im refusing it and proceeded to ring the office. The office informed my partner if the bed was returned and there was nothing wrong with it we would only get £400 back. My partner stated the delivery guys couldn't get it to fit properly and we would need a full refund. The delivery guys were very rude and were speaking in the own language so my partner couldnt tell what they were saying. Read moreBought a £800+ mattress April 2024 from Birstall/Batley branch, about 10 months later one side has all caved in. Searched all over for a contact number, but there isn't one for the store only 'customer services'... called this number several times, it rings twice then says there is no one available to take the call try again later, no option to leave a voicemail or anything. Kept trying for months. Sent a few emails, no reply. Went into store at forster square as its closer to home a few times, asked for the contact number for the branch we bought from but they are unable to give you a contact number only customer service again but said they could report the issue for us even though we didnt purchase at that branch, never did. Went out of our way to go back to the branch we got it from, and they finally got back intouch via email today (weeks after all the calls, visits and emails) and tells me as we ordered over 12 months ago they are unable to assist in the matter. Sorry but an £800+ mattress should not give way within 10 months... bottom line is, don't buy from ncf living, they are money grabbing time wasters that sell faulty, poor quality products and have even worse customer service, that is if you can ever...
