Pollo Ranch — Local services in Bradford

Ordered two pizzas through Uber late at night. Their last order before closing. We just came back from a long wedding and were quite hungry but decided to give them a go. We know that usually, at the time of closing, many places will just hurry and complete the last order and run off home. Not only that, but we ordered two of their pizzas that were on for a discounted price. So, safe to say, me and the family weren't expecting much.

BUT, I have to say, I am VERY impressed. The pizzas looked amazing as you can see in the accompanying pictures.

The dough is soft, risen well and tastes good too. It's like biting into a soft cloud.

They don't skimp out on pizza sauce, which many takeaways are guilty of, and they don't skimp out on cheese neither.

Moreover, there are plenty of toppings. Not too many. Not too little. Just the right amount. And the pizzas tasted FRESH, clean and of a good quality. The family were very happy too. They ended up eating more than they expected and that's not because we were that hungry lol. But because the food we ordered was so nice masha'allah.

I am going to give pollo ranch another try soon. And try a few more things. The prices are pretty decent too. Especially for uber.

My only negatives... They're not really a negatives but, nobody is perfect right? The pizza sauce had a touch of spice in it...maybe have options? Traditional or spicy? No complimentary sauces to dip the crust in either lol. But honestly. I'm nitpicking here.

We were truly blown away by the food. It was outstanding. We will be returning soon insha'allah. Well done pollo...

I ordered 3 pizza with large fries my pizza were dried /cold without no onions and peppers chilli and had less toppings on the pizza i had requested to make the pizza spicy with chilli and and extra tomato puree and peppers onions I received a small box of chips aswell when i had told the lady who took my order she reassured me it was gonna be right but then came home and pizzas were wrong the staffs behaviour is very appalling especially they worker naz he lied several times about a manger not being there and that hes the manager then stated he wasnt plus he was very rude/swearing the manager did not come on the call even though we asked for him absolutely disgusting 1st time coming to this shop never again train the staff more of hire new ones the boss should look at this the customer service.I would not rate even half a star the pizzas had no onions no peppers no chilli its ridiculous the owner really needs to check the workers he hires. I would not recommend anyone coming here as its a waste of time coming and waste of money the person naz criticised/discriminated us to be a bad Muslim because I complaint...

I had a terrible experience with this pizza shop. I ordered through Uber Eats because they had a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" offer. However, I only received one pizza. When I called to address the issue, a girl on the phone misbehaved with me and then hung up mid-conversation.

I called back, and they first claimed there was no such offer. Then, they changed their story and said I had only selected one pizza. It made no sense—why would I knowingly pay the same price for just one pizza when I could get two? Instead of resolving the issue, they argued with me and refused to accept their mistake.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I’ll never order from here again. Stay away if you value honesty and...
