We visited our all time favourite….my Lahore but didn’t know it’s gonna be last visit …me and my family including 7 people went to my Lahore on 15/02/2024 …all of us ordered same dish chicken lasagnea ….my husband found a long piece of hair inside the lasagnea while eating it.My husband called the waiter who was there next to our table as soon as he found out about hair …he took the plate and started making another one with asking my husband …mean while waiting for him to come back …my sister in law found another hair inside the food …we were already eating carefully…that was straight put off …staff was bit scared more than usual …first step in manager God knows if he was manager or not …came start pursuing us very quitely and in secret way that’s sometimes it can happend …but we called the manger …who was first not in the restaurant than suddenly he got busy with other clients and at the same time he was in the break ( clearly lie) …finally after 15 or 20 minutes manger is coming with arms up and ready for fight …manager started the conversation with “it’s normal to have hair in the food” …didn’t understand what he was actually trying to prove …manager started arguing that we have already finish the food which was not correct more than half were still there …than manager got agree to pay only for drinks rather than become that hero here comes the true colour of the manager name As “Rezza Ali”…who just raised his voice on my sister in law who was trying to explain we are most loyal and regular customer of My Lahore’s but manager wanted to prove his point with rudeness and aggressiveness that it’s normal to have hair in the food …manager turned onto my husband and started saying what you gonna do are u gonna hit when he tried to stop shouting and making scene as other customer were getting attention which was clearly not our attention …but manager continued provoking my husband so he can start fight …I have to came in between to stop and make them realise …manger was taken away by other step in manager and we heard him swearing on my husband and threatened him that he will kill my husband …I personally heard that …as per agreement we paid for the drinks but they still tried to charge full amount for the food which we didn’t mind to pay but don’t think so they needed to pay after that incident.we managed to got through to the owner who was really nice over the phone and apologised and told that he will get back to us …after two to four days he got back to us with different story that we were telling other customers and showing them that we got hair in the food …one more thing would like to share rest of staff just petrified of manager and we could clearly see.please don’t waste your time and be careful from Rezza Ali as he doesn’t seem to be very approaching when such situation comes …further action will be considered but clearly My Lahore has clearly lost us as we are more than 1000 times per year going people to just...
Read moreMy recent visit to MyLahore's was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting ambiance set the stage for what turned out to be a delightful culinary journey. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the grilled meats, which were a symphony of flavors. Each bite was a testament to the chef's expertise, perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. The desserts, too, were a work of art, showcasing creativity and passion in every bite.
However, what truly elevated my dining experience was the exceptional service provided by Keira, our waiter. Her friendly and professional demeanor added a personal touch to our evening. Keira's attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and genuine enthusiasm made our meal truly memorable. Her recommendations, especially on the desserts, were spot-on and enhanced our overall experience.
The synergy between the delectable cuisine and Keira's outstanding service created a harmonious atmosphere. The staff's seamless coordination and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the evening. MyLahore's not only offers an exquisite menu but also an unmatched dining experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend MyLahore's to anyone seeking a memorable dining adventure. Whether you're a fan of perfectly grilled meats or indulgent desserts, this restaurant delivers on both fronts. Coupled with the exceptional service, MyLahore's stands as a testament to culinary excellence and top-notch hospitality. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to savor their delightful...
Read more8th March 2025 - I knew the restaurant would be busy due to it being Ramadan and a Saturday, so I called up 4 days prior to book a table. I was informed that for small parties, it’s walk-in only i.e. I can’t make a booking. However I was assured on the phone that even if it’s busy, I would only have to wait a max of 15 mins for a table, and then another 20 mins for my food to arrive. I was going to the theatre at 7.30 so I arrived at 5.30 to allow plenty of time. I arrived and was informed that it would be a 40 minute wait for a table, and that I should have booked. I was told they do in fact take bookings. However when I explained this, the server was very accommodating and sat our group of 4 within minutes of arriving. Our waitress was also lovely so I cannot fault her. However, we ordered food and it took over an hour to arrive. The table next to us arrived 30 minutes after us and got their food before us. We were about to leave without eating because we were worried about being late for the theatre. When our food did finally arrive, we had to eat in such a rush that it wasn’t enjoyable. Plus, they forgot one of our sides and then tried to charge us for it. Usually I love coming here but I was left so disappointed…and with indigestion from eating so quickly. Not sure what happened but clearly there was an issue in...
