Best Kebab - Old Market — Local services in Bristol

I recently dined at “Best Kebab”, lured by the promise of a delightful chicken kebab experience. Unfortunately, what I encountered was a culinary fiasco that left me both disappointed and frustrated.

The chicken kebab, which I expected to be succulent and flavorful, was a dismal letdown. The chicken was overcooked to the point of being rubbery and tough, a far cry from the tender and juicy meat one anticipates in a kebab. Additionally, the seasoning was noticeably absent, making each bite more of a chore than a pleasure.

The pita bread, supposedly a soft and fresh accompaniment, was stale and tough, as if it had been sitting out for hours. It crumbled apart with the slightest touch, failing to serve its purpose as a wrap for the kebab.

The overall presentation of the dish was lackluster and unappetizing. It seemed as if minimal effort was put into both the preparation and the plating of the food. This was not the vibrant and enticing dish I had envisioned but rather a sloppy and careless assembly of ingredients.

Furthermore, the service did nothing to salvage the disappointing meal. The staff appeared disinterested and unresponsive to feedback. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the meal, there was a distinct lack of concern or attempt to rectify the situation.

In conclusion, my experience was a complete letdown. The chicken kebab in pita bread, which should have been a delightful and flavorful dish, was an unfortunate misadventure in both taste and quality. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an enjoyable...

Ordered a £70 order and tipped the driver, had all of the chicken and drinks missing, spoken to the guy on the phone he tried telling me I hadn't made an order, then had me on hold for about 5 minutes shouting then told me the delivery guy forgot half of the order and would deliver is ASAP, 40 minutes later he came with 2 cans of diet coke, no food. So we had about £20 worth of our £70 order. Pizzas we're both burnt black and tasted vile Chicken was old and smelt like vinager and the "crispy skin" was so salty it burnt your mouth, chips tasted like dirty old oil, mayonnaise on the burgers smelt like old yoghurt didn't bother trying them, The cans were cold and the Baklavas were decent yet, payed for 4 twice and only got given 2 in one box and one in another box? Rubbish absolutely terrible service! Hostile attitude from the younger man with long tied back hair ! Getting very aggressive because he didn’t have 3 pieces of chicken that I paid for ...he offered me 2 tiny wings instead of at least 3 ? I had already paid for 3!

The first bloke couldn’t even take my order after 3 attempts ... what am I even doing here I thought ... then younger fella starts shouting at me to make payment which I thought I made but .... I wasn’t told by the first fella that it hadn’t gone through due to signal

Jus to stay a way !! Cheap food cheap service...
