Buyer beware. You are buying 2nd hand goods or 'graded products' as they call it.

Brought a TV and finally took delivery. As soon as I opened the box I knew

It wasn't the TV I ordered It was 2nd hand

I took delivery and the box had stickers cut off of it. I opened the box and the packing material was ripped and broken. As I pulled it out of the box the plastic the batteries are shrink wrapped in fell out. I knew someone had been in here before. I checked and the batteries were in the remote. Im suspicious now so I start looking in more detail and find there is a sticker on the back that had been ripped off and had left some of it still attached. Checking further there was wipe marks on the screen and small marks all over the bezel and back panel. It looked smaller so I measured it and it was 7" smaller then I had ordered. I called them right away and also called my credit card company thankfully.

They said they would call me back later that day, but didn't.

I eventually got them to collect the old TV and they have ignored my emails ever since. Guess what? They still have my money though.

So they sent me 2nd hand goods and eventually collected it but kept the money.

I read their reviews after purchasing and this appears to be common practice for them.

I even took the TV from its box again to film it working and I also filmed it being loaded onto the couriers truck so they could hit me with the "damaged in transit" which seems to be one of thier go-to excuses according to their reviews.

I purchased a qled tv. Arrived broken. Tv screen did not work. I asked for the tv to be returned. Electroinics warehouse only communicated with me after PayPals involvement. They arranged collection via finale mile courier. After collection both companies refused to acknowledge the receipt and re delivery.

I repeatedlycalled electronics warehouse to be told the item had not been delivered. I had to contact finale mile and inform them I would contact trading standards if they did not confirm the status. I was then item had been delivered 7 days prior.

I believe the electronics warehouse were hoping their courier company would not confirm redilvery so they may claim I had kept the item.

After all this I spoke with the director Victor Gonzales who told me when the item was orginally delivered by finale mile, they had taken the item out of the box and demonstrated the it was in fully working order. This is completely fabricated.

I have asked finale mile for signed documents. They have been unwilling to release them.

I have reported both companies to trading standards. I have also reported the electroinics warehouse to action fraud. I hope they will take action so no other customers will be their victims.

The price of my Samsung SWA-9500S speakers was markedly lower than any other outlets. I saved myself £49 at the very least. Plus it was free postage on orders over £100. Even better. The actual speakers are not worth the money paid unfortunately. The reason I say this is because....As hundreds of reviews have mentioned. The volume is very low. I'm not an idiot, and have gone through all the processes, and have the speaker volumes as high as they will go. +6 on both front and up-firing. Confirmed on both smart things app, and soundbar (q700b) Whilst watching dolby atmos content (I have watched various dolby content thinking perhaps the soundscape on some was better/worse than others) there is barely a sound coming from them!
