We have a lot of Lego, so when we had run out of making our recent purchases, it was only a matter of time before we headed off to find new sets to complete, so it was an early start for the trek to Bristol, which is an arduous task on a Saturday in mid holiday season.

We arrived with 25 minutes to spare, so had some refreshments while we waited. Once the store opened, we were in, I was surprised to see the staff were spraying people’s hands with hand gel, most shops no longer take COVID seriously, so it was nice to see the staff here still respecting the fact that the virus is very much still around.

My wife and I took our time to find our new acquisitions, whilst doing so Ben (Manager) came over and asked if we were ok, I gave my standard reply about my legs not working but there was nothing he could do about it! We did ask Ben some questions regarding the number of pieces in a box and he was lovely and looked it up online for us. We selected our purchases and made our way to the till where Daria was there to assist us with her cheery smile and reminded me that I had a VIP account and would I like to add the points (I was spending over £400 so yes please!!) – We gained a free Pirate set for our troubles (there is no instructions in the bag, so this could become literally anything).

We left the store feeling valued as customers and will certainly be back for...

I've visited with my partner 4 times in the past 10 days or so and each time we left with pretty much exactly what we wanted. Most of these visits happened not long before the store was closing but the staff were honestly as friendly and warm as if it were the start of the day - others were in the store at the same time as us and I witnessed them being treated equally well. Special mention to the folks working today, 07/07/22, who were super helpful with us making the most out of the build a minifigure. It's nice to have the BAM and PAB back again after their understandable absence lately, and in general the store is a really lovely environment. I would remove some stars from the rating - the VIP card is a great thing, but it's buggy as hell to register this online after you took one in store; the online chat help I received in trying to get this to work was legitimately useless and I still haven't got that finished, but that's not the store's fault. The price of lego is also crazy considering how much you're really buying, but that's not the store's...

My dearest Lego enjoyers,

My girlfriend and I found ourselves lucky enough to have stumbled into your finest lego abode in the late afternoon of a busy Friday evening. Upon painful and difficult decision of the many beautiful Lego flowers we were greated by the gracious cashier Jacob with our purchase of humble lego sunflowers. Never, ever, in my 420 years of customer service have I ever endured such a magical payment experience. As we are but suffering students in these trying times, we split the payment of the flowers. Jacob, while being presented with a unique challenge, was happily up for the task. However. Due to the odd penny involved in splitting the price, my girlfriend, fighting to the front viciously, payed the extra penny on the flowers. Upon seeing this, Jacob turned to me as I payed one penny less. And in the voice of an angel, but the intention of the devil, called me a cheapskate.

10/10

Jacob, you made our day. We will be coming again. (With...

Most impressed, the staff were extremely I friendly and made a big fuss of my children. I've been a LEGO collector for years, but have always purchased my Lego from there internet site, due to the fact of not having a Lego nearby. The store was very clean had all the latest models built on display. My only little criticism would be there were some items which could be cut down on plastic. Apart from that a were the five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A nice little addition to Cabot Circus! I expected it to be bigger inside but the displays are cool and the shelves seemed fully stocked too. The red sign outside is easy to miss so wish they'd have a large minifugure or model outside instead. The staff stand out as really friendly and helpful so I definitely recommend popping in, even if it's for a hit of that childhood nostalgia.
