Last night i received the worst customer experience from one of your drivers
There were 3 items on the order 1 item was not delivered
Upon delivery I informed the driver that he was missing an item from my order
he then started to argue with me and told me it was the dipping sauce that was the third item. I informed him this is incorrect I advised him the items were 1 pizza and 2 separate wing orders. He continued to argue with me.
I then went back upstairs got my phone and showed him my order receipt. At which point he continued to argue with me saying I was wrong ???????????? At this point I advised him he was being very rude and needed a lesson in customer service to which he replied he doesnt make the pizzas he only delivers them
What a shock
I told him what he has written down on his slip is not my problem and i dont care what he has written down the oder delivered was wtong
To this he replied that he didnt care and my order wasnt his problem
On top of all of this the toppings were wrong 2nd half of pizza was missing pepperoni and rashers
Failed on absolute basics absolute shock will not be ordering from these again have...

Not only my order came out late (ordered at 17:45-and received the order around 19:10- yet the order was marked as delivered at least 10 minutes before it’s arrival) and cold, my VEGETARIAN PIZZA had CHICKEN on it. I am a vegetarian and pregnant, having a bite of chicken made me really sick. When I called the store, I asked for the manager, but Holly didn’t want to pass me on. She offered to send me another vegetarian pizza and really didn’t seem to understand the gravity of the situation (asked if the other pizza had the right toppings on and whether there was anything else wrong besides the coldness and misplaced chicken). After I explained how sick the chicken on the pizza made me (when you’re vegetarian and pregnant, the last thing you need is a surprise chicken topping) she said that she could refund the veggie pizza only and offered to take the case over with the head office, but only tomorrow, as tonight is a very busy evening.
No wonder there are a lot of negative reviews...
Read moreMe and my wife are absolutely disgusted we ordered from here online and 15 minutes later we get a call saying because we live over the train track down fen road they said they no longer deliver over the track didn't give me a reason so told me to walk over the train track and wait for them i told them I'm disabled and I have to use a walking stick and I suffer from carpul tunnel and prone to falls but they didn't seem to care. So I stood over the track and they turned up in said to driver I wasn't happy he didn't say anything so I paid and they didn't even have the desentcy to put our bottle drink in bag so I had to carry that plus our food so by the time I got home the food was cold couldn't be asked to ring as they probably wouldn't do anything I need fell over carrying the stuff. So we will not be using these again they don't have a care about disabled people i wouldn't suggest these to anyone of my friends and family...
