I have been shopping in Rosie Brown for myself and daughters for almost 10 years, and have been delighted with each piece. The service has always been great, and any issues or defects dealt with easily and swiftly. However we visited the shop on Tuesday to buy my daughter a present for passing her Nat 5’s, after a little trouble negotiating my wheelchair into the shop we browsed happily. However the girl behind the counter completely ignored us and did not even say hello. She conversed with the jewellers in the back of the shop and only spoke when I approached the counter to ask for a specific necklace. Still no hello! Really not good enough. A simple hello and a little appreciation for customers is important. We left feeling deflated and I’m really not sure if I will visit the shop again which is a real shame. I've just had a big birthday and was lucky enough to be able to choose a bangle from Rosie Brown's as my present from my husband and daughter. I've got ridiculously skinny wrists and lumpy joints in my hands (what a combo!) and the beautiful bangle I had chosen just didn't work for me despite the careful measuring and adjustments. Undeterred, the jeweller created a bespoke piece, on the theme of the original bangle and at the same price, which would work for me and my skinny wrists.

Best jewellery I’ve ever received!! I'm still in love with the earrings I got gifted from Rosie Brown about a year ago! The quality is amazing – they still look as beautiful as the day I got them. I always get compliments whenever I wear them. It's clear that there is a lot of love and skill put into their jewellery. I popped in again recently to add to my collection and could have bought the whole shop! Will definitely be back, especially to see the cutest wee dog Barney that you sometimes get the pleasure of meeting in the shop.
