The Scotland Shop — Local services in City of Edinburgh

I came here twice during my visit to Edinburgh, each time was very much not enjoyable. Shortly after arriving in the shop and I start looking at a product I'm interested in someone comes over an employee comes over and asks if I need assistance, I politely decline and move to another item that Intended to buy, the same instance happens again and by this point I felt uncomfortable and left the store without buying anything.

The second visit is what really sealed the deal for me. I came in with the intention of buying stockings to go with the kilt I bought at a great other store so while I was grabbing the stockings I wanted at the end of the where they were stocked an employee came running over interrogating me on what I was doing, he assumed I was attempting to steal the entire rack of stockings when I told him I wanted the one at the back and mentioned I had bought a kilt he proceeded to grab nearly every accessory which would accompany a kilt such as the pin. I was very uncomfortable at this point as he headed to the register with five other items, I firmly told him I only wished to buy the stockings.

I'm grateful for the stockings but I will NOT be coming back to this store on my next visit...

They sent me the wrong jersey three times. Two items were missing from my last order. I've sent about ten emails that have all been ignored. This is the worst online shop I've ever used. Considering I've placed over 3000 orders online. Being the worst is quite an achievement.

Seeing as they won't return my messages I'm taking them to court using the online county court. Perhaps they'll respond to them. On previous occasions when they sent the wrong jerseys I got a quick response. So it's very clear to me that I'm being ignored.

Is it really so hard to deal with a return? For goodness sakes how do you get an order wrong three times? Don't bother calling because a recorded message directs you to their website. In other words I can't speak to anyone regarding this order which is a gigantic flop. The only item that fits is the wrong one I ordered. I hope they read this so that I might get a response and return this joke...

I had the pleasant surprize finding The Scotland Shop of beeing the best shop in Edinburgh when it comes to finding souvnirs and customers services. The shop is well arranged on sections so you dont get lost or not knowing what to buy. The team is more than a team ,is like a family that receive you with open arms. I came in not knowing what i was looking for but,i left with all that i needed for family and friends, and all this with the help of the wunderful team from there . The manager and the team are doing a wonderful job in terme of the attention they give to everyone who cross the threahold of the store. This wok not ne my last visit to this store. Great...
