Really wish I could rate this lower. The level of disrespect I was shown at this rituals store was disappointing and disgusting. I was served many times by one lady who was continually rude and spoke to me as if I was a child. I signed up, she put the email in wrong and didn’t confirm with me if it was correct or not. I had a free gift and came back for my second free gift a few hours later. This was an issue as I soon found out she put the wrong email address in. She then tried making me pay full price for 2 shower gels when I was rightfully owned the 2nd as a freebie as it was my second purchase. Even after spelling my email address out to her many times, she still got it wrong. She was also very rude and abrupt to other customers in the store and clearly doesn’t know what customer service actually is. I didn’t get a receipt so can’t tell the name of this colleague of yours. I’m hoping the person receiving the gift I have brought likes it as I have no way of returning it now as she sent my receipt as a email receipt...
Read moreUpon entering I was immediately stopped by a colleague who was polite and helpful. I explained I was looking for something for my partner. She took me to the sink and showed me some of the shower gels. Explaining all the products and benefits of each. I said he liked going to spas and she could straight away point out the perfect one for him which I purchased with an additional item. When I then made my way to the till she notified the colleague there that I wanted my items gift wrapped which was done perfectly. I also signed up at the till, she had already explained to me what I get on each purchase and the rewards with shopping at rituals with plenty more things on the app. I wish I had got her name as she was so lovely and helpful. The staff in this store are fantastic especially the lady with the light blond hair in a bob (possibly the manager) her customer service skills are second to non and Rituals should be very proud to have her working for them as customer service today in most stores is diabolical but this ladies customer service skills and big smile never ever change all the time we have been using this store, she is a true inspiration to anyone working in a customer facing environment.
