The staff are all really friendly and helpful with any questions asked. The donuts were phenomenal and they had a great selection. As there was a production line there and they were making all the donuts if you wanted a donut that doesn't exist you could have it!! This is amazing for younger children or fussier people or even people who just want a mix up. For example the lotus biscoff donut has a cream in the middle with lotus biscoff and white chocolate flakes on top and you could customize it to have a caramel sauce in the middle or Nutella or jam or whatever you wanted. You were able to customize if you wanted dark chocolate milk chocolate or white chocolate. If you don't even want the base of a normal donut you could just get a plain unfilled donut with no hole cut out and you can choose a filling (if any and any toppings and icing. The great thing about this also is that they come straight off the production line and made to how you like it so when you get it, it would still be warm. The donuts were delicious and overall a...
Read moreAdored US style doughnut chain which serves fresh ring and filled doughnuts, milkshakes, smoothies, hot drinks and even ice cream! (at selected stores for ice cream and drinks). Staff are generally amiable, adequate seating, casual vibe and they do handy discounts and offers including blue light card, signing up to friends of krisy Kreme or by just downloading their app. If you are perhaps a skeptical person relating to 'fresh doughnuts', they prepare and cook their doughnuts right in front of you at their doughnut theatre which also has signs detailing the process of making to create a better concept of the process. Food and drink is fairly good however could relate to people who perceive the food as mediocre because sometimes I find the flavour alters when I have them; sometimes positively but unfortunately negatively also. Casual and reliable chain on the whole though and can certainly tempt me now and again, especially when I get freebies (sometimes a...

Visited here over the weekend and was totally shocked at how many perfectly cooked doughnuts were being thrown in the bin by what I can only assume was the quality control part of the production line. I understand the want to sell the perfect doughnut but is it necessary to squash the not so perfect doughnuts up for them then to be thrown in the bin. As can be seen in the photo I have uploaded only 4 of nearly 40 doughnuts passed the quality control stage, with the other 36 being thrown in the bin! Why can these not be boxed up and given to homeless charity's or something useful and beneficial rather than wasted!...
