Visited good Friday, Initial welcome by host himself was fine. Menus were set on the table, we had no one come over to us for about 5mins so we asked for the kids menu (had to get up for this) and it was barely 50% capacity, again waited few mins and approached the same waitress who said get it yourself from over there 🤦🏽♂️ (this was the only interaction we had with her) Another Waitress came to take order at table, polite and friendly... Food was fantastic as always as expected when we visit Bella. After our meal, time for dessert, kids were sorted promptly, we waited 6/7mins and had to ask for the waiter by walking up to him as the staff were very inattentive, this gentlemen who was not our server was always polite but he of course had his own tables to serve & we had to approach him a couple of times for different things during our meal. This branch needs to train Thier waitresses and hostesses further and to be aware of the needs of Thier tables/ customers.

Stay away from this place! They pretend to serve Italian food, but they are not allowed to call this food italian! The service is extremely slow, we specifically asked for "al dente" pasta, but what we got is precooked pasta, put in the microwave with some kind of disgusting sauce, and then we got our overcooked pasta, without salt, cold and extremely ridiculous! I had buffalo pasta, buffalo mozzarella is melting on the warm pasta. Instead I had 3 miserable pieces of buffalo mozzarella cold. Considering the price too, the cheaper pasta is around 12£! If you go to tesco their cooked pasta is way much better! My kids had a microwaved pasta as well, all sticky. I didn't dare to give it to my dogs, because I care about them. I asked if the chef was Italian, and the poor waiter sayd he is! Seriously? Are you sure you come from Italy? I live in this country from almost 10 year and never ever sent some food back. Furthermore the manager didn't bother to come and check why we were complaining. Seriously, if you want to eat some nice food stay away from this restaurant!

Both the service and food were amazing. Adel was our waiter and he had great customer service - attentive and friendly. We did not have to wait very long for our food either or to be sat down. I ordered the king prawns for the starter and they had a delicious flavour. As for the mains, I asked for the lasagne and it did not disappoint! Very hot and you get asked if you want extra cheese on top which is great. This was paired with the garlic bread (which is a MUST) and they married together perfectly. Lastly, the desert to end the evening off on a sweet note. I had the brownie which had a perfect amount of sweetness and softness. The brownie blended nicely with the ice cream. I will 100% be returning back to Bella Italia Bluewater. I have been here twice and it does NOT disappoint. If you're looking for a nice, comforting, warm meal this restaurant is for you.

Something like a tradition every time we go to Bluewater for some shopping we go to Bella Italia for our meal, we used to love it. Well if we have to judge by our last visit we have to change that. First table we were given, chairs we extremely dirty and asked to change to sofa. We had half margarita and salad, the mozzarella dough balls( came not fully baked), the burger, the chicken wrapped in becon and plain spaghetti ( fussy eater, plus a couple of portions of regular dough balls. Food was late, had to check a couple of times if order was actually placed. All of the dough balls came cold. All of us choose to have the cookie dough and ice cream- it was great, thanks. Service was slow as whole, but place was not packed as usual. Decor is a bit dated now, needs renovation in my opinion, expecially clean chairs and some varnish coat on wooden tables.

Service and friendliness of the staff here is excellent and cannot be faulted. 5 stars The food on the other hand is far below average.. The kitchen really let's this place down. I know this is a chain restaurant and the food has to cater to all tastes but if I'm paying for a meal to be cooked for me, I expect it to be at least slightly better than I can cook at home! Doughballs were hard and cheese was cold where they had been left so long. When I picked up a doughball the dish came with it. See pic. The pomodoro con buffala (buffalo mozzarella and tomato) didn't have any flavour and and the pasta was hard. Gluten free chicken and mushroom pasta was also hard and tasteless. Way too much onion. Gelato served in a normal drinking glass looked like a dogs dinner. Very poor

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The food was undercooked and the manger does not care. The food smelt off and the beef patty was not cooked and looked very cheap. My boyfriend took a bite into it and it was pink with blood squeezing out. He felt very unwell from just the few bites that he took, so please for your health and safety, don’t go there. He did not eat the rest of his food. The pasta was watery and when I asked the manger, she said that “yeah it’s meant to be a little watery”. I got carbonara and everyone knows it’s meant to be creamy not watery. I also feel very unwell from going here and had to call the hospital because of the symptoms I am feeling. This place is a health hazard!
