Wonderful staff always there to help whenever i pop in, but on this particular occasion 16th nov 2022 in the afternoon you guys went above and beyond when my toddler had a meltdown. You helped me keep and eye on her whilst i unloaded my shopping at the till with my other toddler and even tried to help her by giving her a sticker. Once she had calmed and i managed to get her to the till area the lady helping had with her college scanned and packed all the shopping so i could pay and see further to my kids. A massive thank you to you both and the others who helped as its not an easy feat to watch two young childern especially if they are in the throws of a meltdown . When I first visited the new store in kirk Sandall, I was disappointed. Some of the meats were going out of date that day,they weren't reduced also a lot of the vegetables also out of date that day. When I spoke to the manager his answer was we reduce items at the end of the day. I replied, "That's pointless as they will be pass there sell by dates .
