We have been buying from this takeaway for years. They have always been consistent with the food. But the last three times the quality of chicken has been pretty bad. For some reason they have decided to use cheap chicken. It’s rubbery and under cooked. Having been in catering industry for many years, I thought I give them a few chances. I complained over the phone same night, but only to be told, you should not been complying now because we are busy ( it was 9.20 on last Thursday night). I sent a private email to let the owner know, till tonight ( Saturday) having heard nothing from anyone. In my email I told the owner, DO NOT take your customers for granted. I am only writing this review because my business means nothing to the owner. Shame, if they are not careful they will pay the price. Have ordered takeaway from here on many occasions and always been happy Ordered one tonight 25/11/23 a prawn curry, a beef curry and egg fried rice + veg spring rolls The food all of it was delivered almost stone cold, the prawn curry sauce was watery and my wife picked out 3 prawns which still had the vein (digestive tract) attached which meant they had not been cleaned properly. Rang to let them know and was told the prawns are supplied like that and nothing could be done about it. I told them they should make sure the prawns are clean and was told not to order the prawn curry again. No apology for the cold food or sub standard meals. As I said we have used this take away for a long time without issue but the standard has definitely gone down Sorry but will never order...

I ordered online this evening and had a special request about a couple of dishes the request didn't pull through the system for whatever reason. I called up to say the order wasn't quite right. When I arrived to collect the fresh dishes ot was pointed out to me (politely) that the request hadn't gone through. But they still re-made my dishes. Which was very kind of them as they didn't have to or they could have charged me again for them as ultimately it was my mistake not checking the confirmation email and contacting them.
