Superdrug — Local services in Dudley

Went into this store 27th December, found all the staff talking to each other through the ear pieces, I said good morning to one lady on the way in, she didn't say anything back to me, as she was talking on her ear piece, when I did proceed to the till, again the staff we're talking to each other, I went to the wrong till, the assistant tapped the other till, as a signal for me to go to her till, never spoke to me, carried on talking about what they did for Christmas dinner. No thank you or anything,...

I like superdrug however the staff in this store never seem bothered to serve you or help you. Have seen them multiple times stood together talking not even making eye contact with customers. I went in the other day and they were telling customers that they had a wasp infestation out the back, then one of them started spraying bug killer around the aisle right next to me and my 4 month old son. Not impressed really if the issue is that bad call...

Like Superdrug , plenty of choice and reasonably priced compared to other toiletry stores. Good offers on a wide range of items. Well organised and labelled. Easy to get round in store too , even at the moment with the...
