Greggs — Restaurant in Dudley

As I delivery driver I found this place to be really bad. I went to pick up my order which was ready to collect and I can see it behind the counter. There was a long queue of in shop customers and I do understand she shop assistant have to serve customers so I waited at the collection point for around 10 minutes occasionally asking for delivery bags to handed over to me but they just ignored me. It would have taken less then 30secounds to hand the bags over yet they continued to serve in shop customer and acted rudely to delivery drivers. In the end I just cancelled the job and left shop. What also makes it bad is that they know there is no near by parking and drivers park on double yellow lines and need a quick pick up yet they just don't care.. bad service all over my experience was on Sunday...

Really bad experience today. The lady infront of us asked if they had any bacon left and was told it was cooking and would be 15 mins. We asked if they had sausage and bacon and was told no. We couldnt have it because they were keeping it for online orders. Then while we were sitting in, a person about 3 places behind us asked if they had any bacon and was told yes 5 mins.

In the space of 5 customers ( about 5 mins) the girl behind the counter had answered 3 totally different answers to the same question.

It wouldnt of been quite as bad if they actually had some alternatives. All they had was a steak bake or chicken bake not quite...

A bad experience today in Greggs Kingswinford. We decided to eat in, so I secured one of the 3 tables whilst my partner ordered our food. When my partner joined me with our food, one of the staff felt it necessary to say in front of the whole shop, "you just sit there comfy whilst she does all the work" trying to make out that I was lazy or not chivalrous who knows.
